Vadim, the caretaker, was beyond exceptional - his attentiveness and hospitality truly made our experience unforgettable. the cozy heating in our room kept us warm and comfortable during the snowy season, while the spacious sitting area and terrace offered stunning views of the surrounding mountains. I was pleasantly surprised to find my lost ring promptly returned to me by the attentive staff, showcasing their remarkable attention to detail. the free wi-fi in rooms allowed me to stay connected while immersing myself in the tranquil surroundings. I can't recommend this hidden gem enough - a true haven for those seeking luxury, comfort, and impeccable service.
